I think that the purpose of a teacher is to help the student to understand the power of the questions. Beyond the lessons and all the theory is this important thing that the student needs to learn and to do: to ask questions. They need to get the courage to stand up and ask questions. The people who have the courage to ask questions are learning more than those who are just staying and listening.
One of the drawbacks that many companies have when they are working at their marketing strategy is to ask. When I worked in a Company that had an electronic and electric profile I took the time to talk with several persons: from the logistic responsible, the direct sales agent to the call center person. Why? Because they work directly with the client, with the product and with the distribution. And that was the start for my marketing strategy.
Do you want to know your buyer persona? Ask questions. You need to know about him, who is him, what are his hobbies, his interests.
I want to give you with 5 basic questions to start to characterize your buyer persona. Answering to these questions will help you understand your target behavior and most of all to create content/product/services that will satisfy their needs and desires:
- Who are they?
- What is their job?
- What are their behavior patterns?
- What are their professional goals?
- What power do they have in their business?
