Let’s face it, we all know this whole think with “content is the king” and if we didn’t know…well, here we go. The theory is simple and everybody knows that they need to create content, but I’m wondering, after they got the content, what are they doing with it? I think that some of them are sharing it on social networks and some of them are waiting for Google to do the SEO job.
But the real question is who deserves our content? Because after we create the content, we need to reach the real target and sometimes to get to that target we need to advertise it. Yes friends, it’s not enough just to share it on social networks and then wait to engaged.
The smart companies are creating content only for the target. The not so smart companies (because we can’t say stupid, right?) are creating content for everybody. The smart companies are delivering content only for the target. The not so smart companies are delivering content for everybody.
So, before you start to create the content (even if you are writing a blog post, creating an image for your social media pages or making a video) answer to the next questions:
- Who is my target (audience) and where can I find it?
- How this content will help my target (audience)?
- What is my financial budget for advertise my content?
The created content needs to be delivered only for those who deserve and who will engage with it.
The content is fine but the engagement is dramatically better!
