At one point a big problem was that brands weren’t communicating with the client, never answered questions and wouldn’t react efficiently and in time. All these problems were solved by hours and hours of discussions, hundreds of events organized, dozens of written books, hundreds of training hours and a new wave of communicators brought into the market.
But now, the market has run into a new problem.
In a world where every brand shouts louder, talks more (often too much with too little meaning) and stirs stronger, what should the client do? What happens to the mind of a facebook user who liked all the brands he encountered on his newsfeed? What happens when a customer cannot distinguish the brand voice from a friend’s voice
The problem’s not with the brands anymore, it’s with the customer. How do we get the customer to listen?
We will get back soon to this question with a new article but until then you are free to say your solution:)
