What is the size of your banner in kilobytes? You may not thought about this, but it’s really important. Less kilobytes means faster loading – You don’t want your banner so big that it has to load 3 seconds, right?
For this, you should optimize your banners. And with Bannersnack you can make it very simple and easy!
If you have a big picture you want to use, but your banner size is 728×90, don’t just leave there the rest. Use Edit Image -> Crop. Crop the image to the size you want, or you can enter the pixels you want.
If the picture you uploaded is too big, try reduce the size: Edit Image -> Resize.
For example: Your picture doesn’t need to be 1200×800, if you banner size is 300×250. Resize and crop you image to be 300×250, and you’re good to go.
In BannerSnack you can click on each element and then drag and drop it anywhere. You can also change the text by double clicking it (more text options on the right) and add your own images.
